Personal food preferences frequently can be accommodated so let me know your likes and dislikes.  The goal is to make this the tastiest and healthiest way for you to achieve your personal body goals.

Menu Order forms are e-mailed to you on Wednesdays.

Orders and Cancellations are due by Friday 5pm for the following week.
Orders are placed for the entire week.

Billing

Orders for the week are paid on Monday’s.  We accept checks and credit cards,

Bags & Ice Blankets

Orders are delivered in cold bags with ice blankets.  Please save these items, we will pick-up the previous orders materials at the time of delivery.  If ice blankets and bags are not returned a reimbursement rate of $18.00 per bag set-up will be charged.

Delivery

Orders are delivered on Monday’s and Thursday’s each week.  We deliver between 4:30pm and 6:30pm.  For a closer time estimate, please call and I am happy to give a one-hour window.  Orders that remain in our cold bags are guaranteed until 7pm. If you need more time to get your food into refrigeration, let us know and we will make special arrangements to insure proper and safe temperature for your food.
